Integrity has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families. This highly selective award spotlights companies that emphasize a work-life balance, prioritize the needs of families and incorporate initiatives that increase success both at home and in the workplace.
“Family is one of the five core values that run deep throughout our organization and set the context for every decision we make,” explained Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity. “This award, backed by employee voices and experiences, shows that people and performance excel when families are put at the forefront in the workplace. At Integrity, we champion each other’s progression as a workplace family of employees, agents and advisors, partners and institutions. Our goal is to also ensure that Integrity team members feel individually supported with meaningful benefits and a realistic work-life balance. Serving our Integrity family helps us better meet the holistic life, health and wealth needs of countless American families, so we can all make the most of what life brings.”
Newsweek partnered with data analytics firm Plant-A Insights Group to highlight the country’s best companies for parents and families. The award was based on a multistage evaluation that included employee surveys and third-party reviews. Further research considered how supported parents feel in the workplace, how a company’s corporate outlook and programs benefited families and how employees rated their employer.
